Full. If at any point you wish to delete any personal information submitted via this website, you may do so by submitting a request below. Locating and deleting your personal will not be instant as we will take our time to make sure no stone is unturned and all data is located and deleted securely.
1) What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments & Contact forms
Comments and contact forms – used on this website, on any page or article – Can and do collect multiple pieces of personal data. The information included in submitting a comment completing a contact form are Name, Email and Message itself.
This information is used to A)Identify the person leaving a comment/completing the contact form or, B)Added to our email news mailing list. Of which we are currently using MailChimp.com.
Are used to record “states” during the use of our website. A “state” is for example: when you complete a contact form via our contact page. Once you hit the ‘send’ button the cookie – which is saved in your web browser – makes note of the form being completed and submitted. Another example is Google Analytics, which we use to monitor which pages on this site are being visited by who (IP address), when, how often, etc… This helps us improve the website by know what are the favourite pages and what is less popular.
We do not use and will not use Facebook Pixel and will not upload any information to Facebook to purchase advertisements.
2) How long we retain your data
Cookies have between 1-week and 1-month expiration durations. This means after a given time the cookie will cease to operate. You can clear/delete all cookies form all websites at any point by going into the settings section of your web browser.
To Clear Web Browser History and Data on an iPhone
- Open the “Setting” app
- Scroll down the page until you find “Safari”
- Scroll to almost the bottom and you should see “Clear History and Website Data”.
This option will clear everything that Safari has saved. This include logins for all website. If you prefer to only clear a specific website, scroll to the very bottom and find the “Advanced” option. Next find the “Website Data” option, this is where you can target specific websites.
3) Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We use Google Analytics, MailChimp, Gmail and (self-hosted) WordPress.
